4WE Membership requires supporting fellow women, engaging in community service, participating in events and fundraising, fostering personal and professional growth, and actively contributing to the achievement of the mission.Membership is open to women who are at least 20 years old and reside in Louisiana.
Members of 4WE are expected to:
4WE members bring a wide variety of skills and talents to the organization. Ninety-five percent of members have professional careers or are Entrepreneurs.

4WE Volunteers should be dedicated to supporting the mission and work collaboratively with fellow volunteers to achieve goals. Clear communication and a positive attitude are essential. Volunteers should attend training to understand the organization's operations, expectations, and how to work in unity with others. They must be willing to follow the guidance of leaders and maintain a cooperative spirit throughout their involvement.
